Hello. Goodbye.

Well. It never is easy.

But i have moved on.

23.3.08

Can't sleep.

Being rather bored and insomniac, I took a quiz that was long and detailed.

Intuition Mood
Major Mood: Intuition
Minor Mood: Intuition

You are in an independent, quiet, idealistic, deeply passionate, creative and imaginative mood.

Living Zen
In this mood, you feel driven to find unity in your life, seeking deep connections between your body and mind, your emotions and your intellect. In this reflective state, you may find yourself contemplating the problem of good and evil, sacred and profane, or the unusual and original. You highly value your inner relationship with yourself, so contemplating what you're made of is time well spent. You feel a strong desire to be authentic and feel deeply hurt when others see you as something less than that.

Wrap me up in stories and tickle me with small talk
This may be how you feel in this mood, often gravitating towards more humorous and anecdotal stories rather than logical, fact-driven ones. On the serious side, you feel deeply sensitive and passionate about life. You prefer to discuss the intricacies of human nature or moving stories about human survival rather than world economy.

Feeding your whimsical side
Your clothes and accessories usually reflect your inner harmony, creative spirit and imagination. Prone to being whimsical in this mood, you may purchase items that are both unnecessary and impractical. If someone confronts you on your frivolousness, you may create a bit of drama to get your way. Because you have such a good eye for the finer things in life, you find it hard to say no to yourself, even if you lack the funds. A spa weekend may not be in the budget, but who can resist all that pampering?!

Weaving meaningful relationships
In this mood, meaningful relationships take precedence and you are a loyal friend to those who are close to you. You truly feel like you want to help others, and you do so by being empathetic and lending an ear when someone close to you needs a shoulder to cry on. You may find that people have an easy time opening up to you since because of your loving, understanding nature. However, you value your quiet time as well, for that's when you are free to contemplate the meaning of life.

Your keywords: no limit, pure, easy-going, spontaneous

Stress: You are balanced with no major signs of stress, well done!

Now that i know myself so much better, how in the world am i going to wake up for Easter Sunday service later.
Oh yes. Vantage Point was actually good! If you can gloss over the rewinding bits, the plot and acting were fabulous.

To thine self be true.

You are only anti-social if you make yourself to be one.

ROFL.

Omg I cant stop laughing. Makes me want to slap it but cuddle it.

Old man.

I am 22. And yet i forgot to press the little lever to "start" the rice cooker. Switching the main switch on doesn't count. Some things never change, though i still hangtheclothes/washdishes/sweep.vaccum.mop.wipe the whole freaking house. grrr.

I had two lovely dinners with 2 close groups of friends. Firstly at Sweet Indulgence, Stanley street, with my dear poly classmates, in no favourite order(they are all so dear!) Racheal,Aurelia,Ling,Nicholas and surprise surprise Ruyi! (Sab and Adel you own me a treat!). For a small cafe/bistro, I must say the food and desserts were a 8/10 for me! Definately worth going back for a lovely dinner date for two. ;)

Second dinner was at the Ar-tas-AngMoh(AM) only Black Angus Steakhouse at orchard parade hotel with the Ohana peeps, again in no favourite order, Andre,Shin Leng,Nicole,Kervin,Jiahui,Jixing,Ying,Kailiang,Daryl(LATEST).It was rather embrassing to book a table for 12 and yet have only 3 attendees with a whole group of hungry AMs right behind us in the waiting quene.(I do NOT like that from the Ohana, though as a member, I too sometime share the trait.) I did had to let go a small table due to last minute non-arrivals. Andre's tenderloin was good. So good that i bet the $51.75 was worth it. Special mentioning would be the garlic whipped potato. That, received rather good reviews from the entire table! Monopoly/MJ session after that too!

Who says gatherings aren't fun. =)
Thanks for coming guys!

It's time for a change. Maybe God's plan for me starts at 22.
Church and timbre later!

25 Years of Bliss.

Once upon a time a married couple celebrated their 25 th marriage anniversary. They had become famous in the city for not having a single conflict in their period of 25 years. Local newspaper editors had gathered at the occasion to find out the secret of their well known "happy going marriage".

Editor: " Sir. It's amazingly unbelievable. How did you make this possible? "

Husband recalling his old honeymoon days said: " We had been to Shimla for honeymoon after marriage. Having selected the horse riding finally, we both started the ride on different horses. My horse was pretty okay but the horse on which my wife was riding seemed to be a crazy one. On the way ahead, that horse jumped suddenly, making my wife topple over. Recovering her position from the ground, she patted the horse's back and said " This is your first time ". She again climbed the horse and continued with the ride. After a while, it happened again. This time she again kept calm and said " This is your second time " and continued. When the horse dropped her third time, she silently took out the revolver from the purse and shot the horse dead!!

I shouted at my wife : "What did you do you psycho. You killed the poor animal. Are you crazy?" .. She gave a silent look and said: "This is your first time!!!"."
Husband : "That's it. We are happily married ever after"

Hilarious.

I just did a Ang Bao tree on my wall!

It's that time of the year where we toss veggies/fish high in the air, receive cash that we don't really deserve due to our unfilialness and try to win money in the various gambling forms but yet always end up back to no-win-no-lose.

Oh yes. There is University Applications too.

Thank you for the honesty.

Live and let go.

The first times were the best.

Lyrics from a song that was sung to me, which at the precise moment, everything made sense to me.
How i shouldn't be waiting about telling how i feel. How God choose to let me listen to that song for me to understand that what was should never be revisited. At least i got the closure i needed.

I think, therefore I am.

Here's a sneak peak at a grotesquely late Pioneer Jan magazine which results in me writing this post in office at 7.35pm on a wednesday night in office. =).
